What We Do

Welcome to Lansford Movement! Studio time and private lessons are for ANYONE who wants to try pole or further develop their existing pole skills. We also offer small scale events, studio rentals and group lessons. Scroll down to register!


Community Events

Club Night (Amatuers Welcome!) - Friday April 19th 2024 8PM-1AM

$10 cover, $5 stage fee, DANCERS KEEP ANY STAGE TIPS!


Come out for a night of awesome pole moves, music and fun. Our staff will be performing throughout the night, and anybody can dance a stage set after fees. Tipping is encouraged, and you keep EVERYTHING earned on your stage set! See you there ❤️

Important Safety and Studio Policies

Safety

  • SKINCARE PRODUCTS - Please do NOT apply lotion or oil based skin care products the day of your lesson. 
  • WARM-UP - Every lesson or guided event begins with a warm-up. This is to help reduce the risk of injury. 

Payment and Booking Policies

  • SCHEDULING - Lessons may be booked online up until the day before. Studio rentals and events should be scheduled 2 weeks in advance to avoid rush scheduling fee ($50). 
  • CANCELLATION - Policy varies by instructor/event specialist. 
  •  PAYMENT - 50% non-refundable down payment required to register for most services. Remainder due at time of service. 
  • All participants must sign waiver!

Dress Code

  • CLOTHING - Skin exposure or modified clothing is essential for holding onto and climbing a stainless steel pole. Please make sure what you will be wearing to class allows you to move freely, and exposes your legs (inner thighs, calves, shins) arms, and midriff. You are welcome to change into your athletic clothing at the studio. "Sticky leggings" and other clothes with plastic strips that enable wearers to hold onto the pole are available on Amazon. 
  • FOOTWEAR - Lessons are typically taught in socks or barefoot, but you are welcome to bring professional platform exotic dance heels if you are interested in learning how to dance in industry standard footwear.
